As part of an innovative further development of the Lufthansa Group, Austrian Airlines was selected to design a PoC for the digital relief of 1st level customer support.
In addition to answering classic FAQs, the virtual assistant was also equipped with functionalities relating to contact points in the customer experience (flight search, travel inspiration, destination information, bookings, etc.) in order to virtually support customers on their journey.
Following validation by Austrian Airlines as part of a rollout, the Lufthansa Group is now working on a solution that is scalable across the entire group.

In the context of a restructuring in the direction of digitisation, the goal was to relieve the internal service team of the accounts receivable department of a corporate group.
The majority of the sales team needs information on the road and in real time, while they are on their way to the customer in order to secure the latest information.
By using a specially developed language assistant with SAP connection, which can also be requested in the car without risk, information from the accounts payable department can be queried in real time and requested as a summary via e-mail.
